SHIPPING & RETURNS

We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible and they are  shipped within 2 business days. (Business days are Monday-Friday, not including holidays).  Please, allow up to 7 business days during special events and holidays. 

All orders are processed and shipped from Colorado Springs, Colorado USA.

All orders are tracked. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is in transit.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

Shipping calculated for all orders under $200.

Orders over $200 receive complimentary 2-day domestic shipping.

***Please, note: to qualify for same day shipping, place your order before our processing cutoff time— 9:00 AM MST. Otherwise, all orders placed after 9:00 AM MST will be processed the following day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES

  • International packages with a product total of over $300 ship FREE.
  • International packages with a product total under $300 ship with a rate calculated at checkout.
  • All duties and taxes will be shown at checkout as well.
  • All international packages ship via DHL Global Express.*

International shipping costs will automatically be calculated based on the weight of your order.

*If DHL does not service your country, or if you wish to ship to Brazil, China, Costa Rica, Indonesia, Italy, Mexico, Peru, or Spain, please email hello@gressaskin.com so we may best assist you.

TRACKING ORDERS

Tracking and order information will be sent via email when your order is ready to be shipped. Shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide to us during the purchase process. Please track your packages as GRESSA is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. If you do not receive your tracking email, please contact hello@gressaskin.com

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the shipping carrier, or your country’s parcel service, prior to contacting us. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know approximately when the item will be available, or we will suggest an alternative. Please be aware that although we always try to have items in stock, it is not always possible.

RETURNS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Please note all sales are final. Due to the high price of our materials and labor, Gressa does not accept returns or exchanges unless the product was damaged in transit, incorrect item was shipped or we have a record of color matching you incorrectly. 

WRONG COLOR-MATCH  

We are happy to exchange Minimalist Corrective Serum Foundation if you are not satisfied with the color selected within 14 days of the date your order was placed. Exchanges may be made once per order only. If you need assistance finding your perfect match, e-mail us at minimalist@gressaskin.com for a personal color match with the following information:

  1. Send us a quick photo of yourself in natural lighting with no makeup. Include face and neck in photo. No filters please!
  2. Let us know a shade that suits you well in any other brand of foundation.
